If we were having coffee, I would tell you…
Last week in Nantucket, my friend and had grand visions of getting our husbands hooked on Mahjong so we could all play together. I will admit, her husband was much more cooperative than mine. I still think (hope?) we can still get there if they can just focus. In his defense, my husband did have some work stuff come up that he had to handle. But still…I wish he could learn to like mahjong so we could play as couples as well. We shall see about that!

I was initially a little nervous about flying over to Israel but now that we are here, I feel very safe. We are looking forward to all the wedding festivities over the next few days with family and friends. Despite the jet lag, we got in a nice day of touring Jerusalem. Much more detail to come in my weekly run down this weekend. This is a view of the old city and the skyline is magical.

The jet lag this time is real! My Oura ring is really not happy with me and strongly suggests I need a rest. LOL. Hopefully, we can kiss and make up because I do like the positive reinforcement I normally get. Extra strong coffee sure helps!

We used to play Scrabble all the time but he does not seem to be interested in mahjong in the moment will keep trying

The city at night looks beautiful. hope you enjoy your visit! also, I can’t remember the last time my husband and I play the game. we only owned a Scrabble for the longest time but I think we played it maybe 5 times and we’ve been married for 25 years!
