    Memorial Day Did sneak up on us, I think it may be because we really didn’t have much of a spring and its still pretty cold here. I would gladly eat all of these at a party!

    I will have to work on Memorial Day unfortunately. But I am not a burger and hot dog fan anyway. I prefer the salads and side dishes.

    These look delicious!! Especially that Sicilian Summer Pasta Salad! Yum! We don’t do a whole lot of BBQ’s…just one for fourth of July and I usually make a crunchy sweet kale salad to take along.

    Those all look like perfect BBQ side dishes! We don’t have a lot of plans right now. We will probably do a bbq and hang out at the pool or something.

    Everything looks sooo delicious Deborah. Luckily we have warm weather over here and we are planning on having BBQ this weekend. I think I’ll make something from this list. Bourbon baked beans … I think everyone will love this.

    That 5 layer Mediterranean dip looks scrumptious! I pinned that baby and will definitely try making that this summer! What do you suggest for a base? Memorial Day weekend will be pretty busy for me – two parades and my daughter is moving out! I hope you have a fantastic weekend!

      I used rice as a base but I do think any grain will work really well in there. Everyone loved it!

    All the dishes look yummy, especially the summer pasta salad and bourbon baked beans!

    I don’t think I can convince my meat loving dad to go totally vegetarian on memorial day but i’m going to throw a beyond meat burger on the grille for myself!
