The Oura Ring could be the coolest and trendiest gadget around. I will be doing a full review soon! This wearable tracker gives you a holistic picture of your health and wellness daily. View precise metrics on sleep, recovery, activity and heart rate trends. Your Oura gently reminds you when your optimal bedtime is and when you need a rest day. For the mom who is looking to up their protein
Elo health will custom design your unique blend of protein powder to suit your goals. There is a free corresponding app that will pair with your fitness tracker that gives suggestions on when and how much protein you need. Both whey and plant based options available. I’ve been a fan for months! (Get 50% off your order with code DEBORAH50)
For the mom who loves coffee
How about an upgrade to a Nespresso? The quality and taste of the Nespresso coffee is a definite upgrade. It is easy to customize the size of your cup and intensity of your beverage. I love to order different flavors and appreciate the easy recycle program they offer for the pods. This sleek design in the rose gold is my vibe.
For the mom who likes to get cozy
After purchasing a pair of Eberjey pj’s for my mom and also a friend, I couldn’t resist getting a pair for myself as well. They are so soft and comfy. Available in numerous styles and colors, you can’t go wrong. Sizing is true to size.

Oh, that Oura ring has better sleep stats than my Garmin! I would love a present like that.
I also like the Runner Box – a gift that lasts a whole year!

Great ideas! That Oura ring looks interesting. I know my sleep has been awful lately so I am not sure if I would like seeing the data it would give me!
Deborah Brooks says
I bet it would be really helpful!

I think the Oura ring would have told me to go to bed at 4 yesterday. I was tired! Looks like s fun gift!

I have been tempted to subscribe to RunnerBox, for many years, but have not yet given it a try. Maybe this is my sign to go for it 🙂 Thanks for all the great suggestions!

I’ve been wanting an Oura ring for a while. I need to send this post to my sons. 🙂

Oh, I always love a good gift guide! I’ve heard about the Oura ring on a couple different podcasts- I’ll be interested to read your review. I agree, sleep is a critical component of health. I’ve been working on it but I’m still not there yet. Maybe seeing my sleep metrics would scare me so much, i would take it more seriously. I’m curious to know- do you have to wear the ring all day to get accurate data? I can’t wear anything like that while I’m working. Anyway- thanks for the great ideas.
Deborah Brooks says
The longer you wear it, the more info you will get. It would be the size of a wedding band if that helps. the sleep data is really interesting as well as the activity and rest suggestions. Happy to answer any questions you might have
