Thanks for joining Sarah and me for Meatless Monday today. Just because my team lost in the playoffs, does not mean I am not all about watching the Super Bowl this weekend. Plus, everyone knows the best part of the game is the food! Sharing some must make Healthy Super Bowl Snacks For The Win.
Healthy Super Bowl Snacks For The Win
5 Layer Mediterranean Rice Dip
Everyone loves a great dip at a football game. This 5 layer Mediterranean Rice Dip is loaded with hummus, tzitziki, feta cheese, cucumbers and tomatoes all in one layered bowl of love.
Everything Bagel Polenta Fries
Looking for something different? I am kind of obsessed with Everything Bagel Spice. Bake up some Polenta Fries and dip them into warm pizza sauce. Yum!
Hummus, Spinach & Feta Baked Egg rolls
Warm hummus melts together perfectly with spinach and feta to create this blend of Mediterranean and Asian cuisine. An easy and ever popular healthy super bowl snacks idea. Find the recipe here.
Vegan Kimchi Nachos
Want to really score some points with your guests? This Vegan Kimchi Nachos platter courtesy of my co-host A Whisk And Two Wands is a winner.
Hope these healthy super bowl snacks ideas give you some inspiration to get in the kitchen and start creating for your super bowl party. Will you be hosting a get together? Did you team make the Super Bowl? Are you just here for the snacks? It’s ok I won’t tell anyone.

I can’t believe it’s already Super Bowl Week! Your snacks look delish.
Deborah Brooks says
I know January kind of flew by! Since my Eagles are out, I am all about the snacks
Kim G says
All of these sound delicious but I especially love the Mediterranean Rice Dip since it has some of my favorite foods all wrapped into one yummy dip!
Deborah Brooks says
All the Mediterranean dips are always hard to resist!
Debbie says
Ooh, that 5 layer dip looks yummy! I’ll need to sneak in a new dish or two into my Super Bowl lineup. My husband always requests potato skins and Buffalo wings but that gets a little boring!
Deborah Brooks says
Potato skins are always a crowd pleaser though!
Maureen @ Maureen Gets Real says
The past two years, Alex and I make a bunch of apps and stay home to watch the game. I’m not sure what we’ll do this year but I know some delicious food will be involved.
Deborah Brooks says
The delicious food is the best part!

Deborah Brooks says
Fabulous thanks so much!
Nicole @ Foodie Loves Fitness says
I’m kind of obsessed with everything bagel spice lately too! I’ve been putting it on avocado toast. SO GOOD. And that Mediterranean dip sounds yum! I haven’t decided yet what I’ll make for the big game, but I know that I’ll for sure be whipping up some yumminess!
Deborah Brooks says
The everything spice is great on avocado toast too. I also toss it w my tofu and saute it.
Chaitali says
Yum, these all sound delicious! I’ve been loving that Everything Bagel spice from Trader Joe’s too. I just tried it for the first time in December but now I want to put it on everything.
Deborah Brooks says
It is so good and tastes great with so many different foods
Sarah says
The polenta fries are screaming my name they look delicious!
I’m not sure what we’ll end up making for the big game as my tastes and stomach have changed so much compared to recent years so I’m waiting for the cravings to hit this week and see where it goes. My youngest would like the egg rolls but would request her favorite red pepper hummus which I think would be perfect in them.
Deborah Brooks says
The red pepper hummus would be tasty in there as well. It’s funny how your tastes do change so much while pregnant
Kimberly Hatting says
You have a great selection of treats here, but I’m especially eyeing those fries! I never miss the Super Bowl!
Deborah Brooks says
The fries are super delish -the game is really fun to watch even if your team is not in it
Michelle @ Running with Attitude says

I don’t care but my stepson & his fiancée are big Patriot fans – there will be chips and beer lol
Deborah Brooks says
You can’t go wrong with chips and beer! Hope you all have a fun time
Jenny Albertson says
I love the super bowl! When my team doesn’t get in, I usually just go for the food 🙂 haha. I probably won’t be hosting this year but if we get invited I usually try to bring something to share.
Deborah Brooks says
The food is the best part!
Akaleistar says
Everything looks so good!
Deborah Brooks says
Thanks the food is the best part right?!
Jenn says
All of these look divine! Especially the polenta fries. I love those.
To be honest, I’m not incredibly interested in the Superbowl this year. I have no dog in the fits, so to speak, and I loathe the Patriots, so I would much rather stay home and watch a movie or something. That doesn’t mean I shouldn’t enjoy a beer and some fabulous apps.
Deborah Brooks says
Our team is not in the game either so I am all about the snacks myself! The polenta fries are worth a try
Emily @Sinful Nutrition says
I’ll take them all please! Love polenta fries sound incredible!

Giants fan, but truly don’t care who wins this year. I need to make some SB plans beyond the NYRR race that morning
Deborah Brooks says
