Thanks for joining me and Kim for the weekly run down. This week I’m celebrating being around family, friends and having a full heart. I am happiest when my kids are back home and so appreciate the time together.
Family, Friends & a Full Heart Weekly Run Down
Sunday-3 mile power walk
I was in recovery mode after last night’s birthday bash. After cleaning up, I met a friend for a nice weighted vest walk in the hood. Family and friends mode this week.
Monday-full body strength + core + afternoon walk
I was shuttling my son to and from a doctor appointment all morning. Don’t worry I got my workout done and even had a short outdoor walk before it got dark.
Tuesday-3+ mile run + core + barre
I was happy to be back out with my squad today after a busy few days. It was nice and mild too!
Wednesday-3 mile power walk + full body strength
It was unusually warm this morning and I took my walk outside with my weighted vest before returning home to do my strength training. I shared one of my favorite full body moves on IG. Do you do these weighted marches as part of your workouts? Later met my mom for a coffee date.

Thursday-power walk +full body strength
Oops why yes, I did sleep through my morning run group. That did not stop me from getting in a great workout. First up a brisk weighted vest walk followed by a bonus full body strength day.
Later, I met up with a friend who was in town for the day. I love the kind of friendships where you can just pick up right where you left off! We were so busy chatting, we forgot a photo.
Friday- core + plates and barre
An active recovery sort of day. I visited a friend who just had surgery and the micro burst of snow kept us from a walk outside. All good tomorrow is another day.
Saturday-power walk + upper body strength
I had a great hilly power walk with my weighted vest followed by a quick upper body strength session. My daughter is flying in this afternoon and I can’t wait for lots of family time this week!
Wishing you all a happy and healthy Thanksgiving week!
