Happy Friday and Happy Holidays! It’s a busy weekend with both Christmas and Hanukkah-I love when that happens. Thinking about making a great holiday breakfast for your family and guests this weekend? Not sure what to make? I’ve got 5 Easy & Delicious Vegetarian Holiday Breakfasts everyone will love.
One of my new winter favorites, this Pumpkin and Cranberry Oatmeal bake has all the spices and tastes of the holiday season. Super easy to prepare and make ahead.
This Cinnamon Raisin Pumpkin Challah French Toast is best assembled the night before so all the flavors soak right into the Challah bread. The raisins caramelize and serious yum!
Breakfast lasagna gets a tune up using potatoes as the “lasagna” and veggie sausage for a little extra protein. Hearty and satisfying on a cold winter morning.
Looking for something with a little kick? This Black Bean and spinach tortilla pie has become one of my favorite brunch items.
My original Banana strawberry & blueberry oatmeal bake is a healthy classic breakfast everyone will love. Drizzle with a little maple syrup and you are good to go.
What are your favorite Holiday breakfast and brunch ideas? Are you hosting holiday breakfast at your house this year?
