As the year is quickly coming to an end, I thought I would re-share some of my most popular workouts of 2017. With the holiday madness upon us, it’s a great time to have a few at home workouts handy just in case you can’t make it out to your regular class. Hope some of these are new to you.

Full Body Resistance Band Workout

It’s no secret that I love to use my Bosu for at home workouts. It’s just so versatile. Check out some of my favorite moves here.
This 45 min Full Body Get it Done Workout requires only a set of medium dumb bells and can be done anywhere.

These all look like great workouts! When I finally get a treadmill I think I want to start using it before or after my strength training workouts. I’d like to be able to run a little more each week but it’s hard to get all layered up to go outside for just a mile!
