Thanks for joining me and Coco or the June Ultimate Coffee Date linkup. I have so much to talk tell you today hope you brought a big mug. As most of you already know, I’ve been traveling quite a bit this month and I am not even sure what time zone I am in. Today’s post is powered by lots of coffee indeed! Since today is also the Runfessions link up with Marcia, I will joining in on that too.
What time zone am I in?
If we were having coffee, I would Runfess…
May was a whirlwind month for us. Between a few days in Indiana for my daughter’s graduation and our epic adventures in The Maldives and Singapore, we were gone most of the month. Our trip was really incredible and it was so nice to have so much time together.
If we were having coffee, I would Runfess…
Would you believe that that I did not stay home for long? Oh no, I am currently in the middle of running the Ragnar Niagara Falls as you read this. Oh that’s how I roll! Actually, not really not at all. I am such a planner and having just 2 days to unpack, pack and fly up to Toronto was way out of my comfort zone. Go big or go home right?! I am not even sure what time zone I am in. I have 3 runs totaling 18 miles and at this moment, I am feeling a little unprepared. Stay tuned for all the details next week.
If we were having coffee, I would Runfess…
I am going to have the most boring June, July and August! I don’t think I will be able to top all that occurred this month. I might not have anything exciting at all to Runfess over coffee next month and I am going to try to stay in my time zone.
Your turn! If were having coffee, what would you Runfess?
Allie says
OMG have such a fun time! That route for Ragnar looks amazingly scenic…although less so when you’ve come directly from Singapore and the Maldives 🙂 Looking forward to hearing more about everything and already doing research on the Maldives trip for us. #bucketlist
Good luck with your legs!!
Deborah Brooks says

I am having such FOMO over Ragnar. I hope you love it so much you do it again next year, and then I can join you! I know you will have a great time despite the jet lag — or maybe that will help with the odd hours of running. Hopefully when you are home this month we can get together IRL. 🙂
Deborah Brooks says

I am sure that you will find SOMETHING to runfess this summer! 🙂 Your May certainly was crazy, but in a good way. I am excited to read about your Ragnar. That is something I have never done, but want to. I don’t want to organize a team, though – just join one.

What an amazing month. I was drooling.
I’m not a Ragnar person but this looks like a beautiful one. Hope you have good weather.
You do deserve a rest. I am sure that you will still be active.
Deborah Brooks says
It was a fantastic month! Time to rest
The Accidental Marathoner says
What a fabulous trip for you and your family! I enjoyed seeing your pics – all so beautiful! We have been in Puerto Vallarta for a week (flying home on Monday), but we are in the same time zone at home so I haven’t been affected much. I’ve been waking up easily between 6:00 and 6:30 without an alarm and have been enjoying the peace and solitude on the deck overlooking the bay as the rest of the family has been sleeping in. Can’t wait to hear all about your Ragnar, Seinfeld and all!
Deborah Brooks says
I hope you had a fabulous trip! Feel like we need a race weekend together again to catch up!
Missy @ Getting Fit to Find Myself says
WOW! You are on the go! I think my head would be spinning if I were you. I can’t wait to hear about Ragnar Niagra Falls! My team discussed doing that one but not enough people were up for it.
Deborah Brooks says
It was a fabulous Ragnar and very smoothly run.

I don’t know if you like country music, but your comment re: May just makes me think of Brad Paisley’s Beat this Summer. I had one like that a few ago — although just epic domestic and not int’l like yours. Make for great memories
That ragnar course looks amazing. I went to college in Rochester, NY and I miss Lake Ontario
Erica @ Erica Finds says
