Happy Friday friends! This time of year I am all about snuggling up with a fleece throw on the couch and fueling up with warm and cozy foods. I want those cozy foods to be healthy and hearty though.     I have been meaning to try that Thai soup, it sounds so good. I made a vegan Shepard’s Pie not to long ago that was super comforting and cozy.

    That mac and cheese spaghetti squash sounds delicious. You can feel a little less guilty eating your favorite comfort food when you eat it this way.

    YUMMMM. I recently found out that I’m allergic to gluten and really missing my mac and cheese. I’m gonna try this and sub out the flour. THANKS!!! I pinned the squash bread and tofu noodle soup too. 🙂

    I’m all about comfort foods in the winter, and these all look so good! Soups + chilis are my favorite things to have when it’s super cold out!

    Chili is my go to winter meal. I love both how easy it is to make thanks to the crock pot, and the infinite number of variations there are.

    Yummmm. These all look so delicious! I think the white bean quinoa chili would be a perfect meal prep item. I’m all about things I can make big batches of on Sunday, and then have lunch for the rest of the week! And it always makes me happy when I know I have a warm lunch waiting.
