      • Thank you all for your kind words and comments on my post yesterday. I mentioned that I have been feeling a little run down and just not myself the past few weeks. I think it’s a combination of of post race blah, missing my daughter, and the start of allergy season again. All of this has left me feeling a little tired and unmotivated.
      • The chance to try out Zarbees could not have come at a better time for me. I am not usually a supplement person, however I have been drinking these vitamin drinks the past week and really enjoying them. How are they different?
    • What do I like?
    • My favorite so far-
      • I’ve mixed the Orange flavored Multivitamin with Prebiotic into my water bottle and taken it to the gym a few times this week. I really like the subtle hint of orange and honey. The mixed berry Multivitamin with Antioxidants has a very understated berry flavor. I prefer drinks like this that do not have an artificially sweet taste or a grainy texture at all.
      • Zarbee’s are available exclusively at Target in the cough syrup aisle and are on sale for $4 off through the end of September. Find out more about all the products & ingredients here.
    • We all need a little natural pick me up from time to time. I am hoping I am on my way to getting my mojo back soon. I miss it!

The chance to try out Zarbees could not have come at a better time for me. I am not usually a supplement person, however I have been drinking these vitamin drinks the past week and really enjoying them. How are they different?

What do I like?

  • Zarbee’s can be mixed with hot or cold water depending on the blend
  • They can be enjoyed daily
  • They are made with natural flavors & sweeteners (Stevia leaf)
  • They are gluten free & do not contain any drugs or alcohol
  • They feature natural ingredients like chicory root, ginger, chamomile & honey
  • Zarbee’s are available exclusively at Target as part of the “Made to Matter” program-found in the cough aisle (source Zarbees.com)

About Deborah Brooks

Hi I'm Deborah! I spend my days successfully raising a husband & 2 teens in the VA/DC area. I am a lover of all things running & fitness. As a life long vegetarian, I've always been passionate about healthy living & exercise. Looking for partners in crime, I started my own chapter of Moms Run This Town (MRTT) which has grown to over 700 members. I've met so many amazing women who inspire me daily to keep moving forward. You can usually find me running with my crew and training for the next crazy adventure they talked me into. I love to keep up to date on new running & fitness trends. I definitely choose my running gear based on color and love to express my fashion sense while exercising.

I’m super pumped to try Zarbees! I’m not a supplement person either, but I like that these are more like natural super duper drink mixes than chemical concoctions.

Good to know there’s no grainy texture. That’s the worst with a lot of these type products.

      Exactly this one dissolves completely

So glad you’re starting to feel better!! I used to be really hit or miss with vitamins but have been consistent in the last year with a natural brand a few other holistic coaches introduced me to (Shaklee) and I’ve seen some really cool changes in my body and how I feel!

These sound pretty cool! Let’s see mojo… sometimes you just need a little break to get remotivated. Take some time to just rest and do some low-key workouts, even just walking, and soon you’ll be itching to get back to more intensity. As for missing your daughter, give her a call while you go for a walk around the neighborhood to get a little sunshine while you check in with her :).

      Thanks Nicole that;s a great idea 🙂

I have never heard of these. They kind of remind me of EmergenZ. Everyone needs a pick me up every now and then. Maybe I need to try these.

    • Deborah Brooks says

      09/03/2015 at 11:52 am

yes similar to Emergen-c but a little more natural ingredients. I am really enjoying them

The berry multivitamin mix is one of my favorites, too. Yummy without being overwhelming. It’s amazing how getting the right vitamins can help you feel better. I find that recharging helps me get my mojo back. Sometimes I just need to hit the pause button, say “no” to some people, and just relax.

    • Deborah Brooks says

      09/03/2015 at 2:41 pm

Ah the old saying no to people! That’s a hard one isn’t it?

I do love Zarbees–I recommend their cough syrups to all the little ones I see in the clinic with coughs and colds! I wish they’d come out with vitamin packs like this for kids! Trying to steer people away from gummies (bad for the teeth) is not easy!

I don’t get huge into suppliments, but this year I have been enjoying drink suppliments. I like those EmergenC packets, but I like to mix them with fresh berries and stuff.
This actually sounds like one I would like too, I haven’t ever seen it before:) Love learning about great new products!!!

    • Deborah Brooks says

      09/03/2015 at 7:46 pm

    • Deborah Brooks says
