After a truly shocking and devastating week for our family, I am trying to Regroup and find some sense of normal. Thank you all for your messages of support and virtual hugs the past 10 days. It means so much to me to know that I have such a strong support group within the running community both in person and virtually. I am not yet ready to write about “everything” that happened instead I am trying to regroup. Doing “normal” activities and getting back to my regular schedule is helping me to process and grieve. I am jumping back into the Weekly Wrap with Wendy and HoHo to do just that.
Monday
30 min elliptical and 1 hour strength training
Tuesday 4 mile run
Best Group Hug ever! Felt so good to be outside with my crew
Wednesday- 30 min elliptical and 90 min strength training and boxing
Punching things feels good!
Thursday- 4 mile run
Felt good to get outside despite the much colder weather.
Friday-45 min CycleBar Class
Did not have too much energy today but always feels good to sweat it out. Bonus met a new friend who was interested in our MRTT group.
Saturday- 5 mile run
I have the best support group ever-feeling so very lucky to have them in my life.
Sunday- rest day
Family photo from a much happier time. My mom with her 3 girls. Sister Lisa on the left.
