thanks for joining me and Kim for the weekly run down. This week was another busy one around here! Happy Mother’s Day to all my favorite mother runners out there. Hope you are doing something you love today with people you love.

Weekly Run Down Happy mother’s day

Sunday-barre + core

The hubs and I ran some errands and got a bunch of stuff done we needed to do. It was a dreary rainy day but I did manage to get in a lower body barre and core class.

Monday-Peloton hiking + lower body strength and core

Another rainy day here had me get my steps in on the Peloton with a hiking class. This week, I am doing Andy’s Advanced 3 day split and today was lower body and core.

Later, I started my search for the perfect mother of the bride dress…To be continued.

Tuesday-upper body strength + power walk + core and Pilates

We had huge thunderstorms last night that left us with super humid and muggy conditions today. I got in my upper body pull class then met a friend for a power walk. Later, I finished my workout with core and Pilates.

Wednesday-Peloton hike + upper body push + core

I finished Andy’s 3 day advanced split today with the upper body push class. I’ve been enjoying doing different splits classes each week. This has allowed me to mix up my strength workouts and stay motivated.

A beautiful surprise from my husband 30 roses to celebrate our upcoming anniversary in a few days.

Thursday-3.5 mile run/walk + barre + core

It’s always nice to get out with the squad even when the humidity has officially arrived.

Friday-core + Peloton walking boot camp

I was ready for a 4th day of strength this week and hopped onto one of the new walk boot camps. This was a fun mix of incline walking on the tread alternating with 2 strength blocks. A nice way to mix it up.

I had a bunch of errands and prep for our family Mother’s Day brunch. The first time I entertain outside for the season seems to require a ton of work. There is still so much pollen everywhere!

Saturday-power walk + core

It was a gorgeous morning in the 60’s and just perfect for a power walk. Later, we ran some errands and got set up for our Mother’s Day brunch.

Happy Mother’s Day to my mother’s out there. Hope you have a fabulous day!

Happy Mother’s Day! We’re still waiting for it to warm up, but we had a lot of sunshine, which (almost) made up for the chilly conditions!

And Happy Anniversary! What will you do to celebrate?

    Happy Mother’s Day and almost-anniversary!

It’s been so nice the past few days I forgot how dreary the week started.

I like your idea of mixing up the splits.
