Wow we are heading into Week 4 of the Rock Your Core Challenge already! How is everyone doing? It’s ok if you fell off the wagon a little the last few days. You can jump back in anytime. We are still going strong with new moves for this week and more prizes from Quest, Spri, Green Smoothie and Primal Sport Mud.
