Thanks for joining Sarah and me for Meatless Monday. We are all looking for easy and healthy meals these days and that’s just what I’ve got for you today. This sweet and spicy Maple Siracha Roasted Cauliflower is the easiest and tastiest side dish. Full of flavor and so simple for a weeknight meal.
Maple Siracha Roasted Cauliflower
Cauliflower has long been one of my favorite vegetables mostly because it so versatile. Roasting it, in my opinion, is the tastiest way to enjoy it. Roasting it with my Maple Siracha glazed elevates it even more. My non veggie loving husband remarked how good it was.
How easy is this Maple Siracha Roasted Cauliflower? It has just 3 ingredients! Olive oil, maple syrup and siracha. You can easily adjust the spice level by adding in more or less of the siracha. The maple syrup caramelizes while it’s roasting to bring out a flavor that is over the top delicious.
We have already used this preparation on broccoli and asparagus which also came out delicious. I am trying to think up other veggies to try it out on. Next up carrots! Maybe even a mixture of veggies.
There is no marinating or prep work necessary for this Maple Siracha Roasted Cauliflower. Simply toss the cauliflower in the olive oil, maple syrup and siracha and pop it into the oven for about 20 minutes. A great side for fish, meat or chicken. Leftovers were fantastic on top of a salad for lunch. Vegan, gluten free, dairy free so everyone is happy!

So easy and so tasty! You’re right, great idea for people who don’t love veggies!
Carrots should be interesting, too.
Thanks I hope so!
I don’t love cauliflower, but this combo of spicy and sweet has me intrigued!
so- I have also made it with broccoli. The way the syrup caramelizes is so good
How do you come up with these flavor combos?! I would never think to put maple syrup and siracha together.
I don’t know sometimes it just happens!
Oh, yes! I am here for that!
We love roasted veggies, so much and with the sriracha, I bet little man would even eat this. He loves buffalo on everything.
Fantastic let me know if you try it out
Always looking for a new way to flavor cauliflower and this sweet and spicy combo sounds delicious
Fantastic hope you try it out
I’m always on the lookout for new ways to enjoy cauliflower – thanks for sharing!
Thanks for checking it out!
I love cauliflower but my husband does not so I rarely make it. This sounds so good though and if your hubby loved it maybe mine will too. Fingers crossed!
Fingers crossed! I also made it with broccoli which worked very well
Holy yum, this sounds good! I’ve been in a rut with veggies (I love my potatoes & carrots), so this is a great suggestion. Thanks!!!
OH ME TOO!
That sounds delicious! What a great idea to jazz up roasted cauliflower.
Thanks it works well with broccoli too
Wow, this sounds great! We love roasted cauliflower–even with just plain oil and salt, it’s so much more flavorful than steamed cauliflower. Did you know that if you get a cauliflower with untrimmed leaves, you can roast the leaves, too?
I have not tried to roast the leaves good to know!
Just when you think you’ve tried roasted cauliflower every way possible! Loving the sounds of this sweet and spicy combo and can’t wait to try it.
thanks looking for ways to try to mix up my veggies
We’ve been on a roasted buffalo cauliflower kick lately. This looks like an awesome alternative!
Very similar! I went through a buffalo sauce on everything phase as well. This is also great w broccoli
This is such a creative and delish side dish idea. I love the combination of maple and sriracha together.
thanks Julie!
This recipe works for so many reasons! I especially love that there is minimal prep work for this one! Looks fantastic!
Could not be easier!
Roasted cauliflower is something I make on a regular basis: I’ll have to try this sweet and hot variation, it couldn’t be easier.
Thanks hope you enjoy it
