Happy and Merry Weekly Run Down
Sunday- 4 mile walk
We were settled into our new villa for the week. I woke up earlier and took a nice long walk down the high rise hotel area taking in the views of the ocean.
We spent the afternoon at the local sports bar where they show 6 football games at a time on large tv’s outdoors. It is quite the scene! Our Philadelphia Eagles had a bad loss and my crew was not happy! I rallied everyone and we got the yearly family photo done just in nick of time for the sunset.
Monday-lower body and arms Pvolve workout + afternoon power walk
I was glad to have my Pvolve equipment with me today to get in a nice morning burn. I spent some time reading in and out of the pool before taking an afternoon walk. I headed in another direction to check out one of the other popular beaches, Arashi.
Tuesday-4 mile morning walk
I had a nice long morning walk and really not sure what I did the rest of the day! Happy and Merry everything today.
Wednesday-3 mile walk + core class
it was another beautiful morning here in Aruba and perfect for my morning walk. I spent some time reading at the pool. At sunset, we headed to a huge gathering to celebrate the first night of Hanukkah.There was a really touching concert and menorah lighting on the beach.
Thursday- 3 mile walk + core + stretch
It was toasty this morning and I was pretty overheated after my sunny walk. A Hanukkah core class and stretch were perfect. I finished my 3rd book and onto the 4th.
We caught another gorgeous sunset in paradise from a different vantage point by the California Lighthouse.These spectacular island sunsets never get old!
Friday- 2 mile walk + core + barre
A short workout for me today! Spent my last day soaking in the views and reading my book by the pool.
Saturday-flying home!
Ah, it’s always hard to say goodbye to a fabulous 2 weeks away. I so enjoyed my time away with the kids in our happy place. We are all leaving happy and merry!

Haha… I’ll bet everyone in a cold climate right now is hating you! Luckily I live in Florida so I can read this without gnashing my teeth too much (although I am envious of all those books you read!)
