It’s been a whirlwind of a weather situation around here lately! This week we went from winter to spring to vacation mode. Thanks for joining me and Kim for the weekly run down. Here’s a peek into my week of fitness and fun.

Weekly Run Down from winter to spring to vacation mode

Sunday- 3.5 mile run + Core + afternoon walk

We started this run in winter temps and ended up in spring like temps. Hey, that works for me! Later, I met another friend for a nice walk in temps of 60!

weekly run down

Monday- full body strength Peloton + Pvolve lower body + stretch class

It as an intense back to back strength classes this morning. I started with my 45 min full body Peloton class earning me my 18K badge. I followed that up with a Pvolve class featuring the “slant board” and could not believe how much my legs were shaking!

Tuesday-3.5 mile run + core

I got in a quick run this morning on a very foggy but oddly warm day. Nothing too exciting to report.

Wednesday-Peloton tread + full body strength + core + stretch

I was rushing around today trying to get all of my holiday packages mailed and delivered. It was a horrendous weather day with torrential downpours and wind but don’t you worry, I got those workouts in. Happy National stretching day to all those who celebrate. I took this photo a few days ago 🙂

Weekly run down

Thursday – Peloton tread walk + pvolve lower body workout + Peloton upper body workout

I am still trying to figure out how to pair Peloton and Pvolve workouts. Today’s combo was a real burner in a good way. Then, I was off running errands and delivering and mailing the last of my holiday gifts.

weekly run down

Friday- Peloton incline walk + Pilates

I was rushing around today getting things done before our trip tomorrow. Thankfully, I was able to get in my weighted vest walk and a short Pilates core class. Later, I got my vacay mani pedi of course and finished packing.

Saturday-Fly To Aruba

It’s Time! Time to head out for our annual family trip to Aruba.

The weather is unpredictable, so you have to make the most of what you have 🙂 I also run in almost every weather, I often even have a woolen hat with me, regardless of the season, because it is very useful to me. The same with gloves, I don’t like my hands to be cold.
