I am loving more core lately – I took up boxing and it’s especially important to have a strong midsection!

I would love to do this challenge if it was in May. My first Boston Marathon is in 20 days (eek, so excited) and I don’t feel it would be smart for me to start doing new things so close to race day. I will follow along and enjoy watching all the tweets and posts though!

I am a total commitment-phobe when it comes to these types of challenges. However, watch all of your progress is a great reminder to do a quick set of core exercises in between tasks. Plank while the coffee is brewing?
