6 Reasons to love the Bob and Brad Mini Massage Gun

Bob and Brad are “the most famous physical therapists on the internet” by their own determination of course! But really, the dynamic duo are highly respected physical therapists who upload helpful and practical info on their YouTube channel daily. You can find answers and advice on almost anything running related.

Percussive therapy is all the rage these days and for good reason. I’m a huge fan of recovery tools that I can use effectively on my own. I found many things to love about the Bob and Brad mini massager. Let me tell you more!

Size and weight

This mini massage gun weighs under 1 pound and fits into the palm of your hand. The silicone coating provides a comfortable, slip free feel for easy use.

Power

This mini massager packs a powerful percussive pulse with 5 different levels of strength. It is easy to switch between power levels with your thumb while in use. I love how quiet this massager is compared to others I have used.

Battery life

The mini massage gun is charged via an included USB charger. The battery life more than adequate for multiple uses.

Attachments

This mighty massage gun comes with 5 attachments that make it versatile to use on both large and small areas. It is easy to switch them out in seconds to hit all of your sore spots.

Travel friendly

Bob and Brad’s mini massage gun comes in a high quality zippered case that’s perfect for travel, trips to the gym or your work bag.

Price

You really cannot beat the low price of this high quality mini massage gun. With 5 attachments and 5 power levels, this little gadget packs a powerful punch. It was rated in top 12 by Good Housekeeping.

When to use your mini massage gun

Pre workout

Give those big muscles a warm up with a short session with the ball head or flat head attachment. Prime your muscles with a 30 second treatment in addition to your normal warm up routine.

Post workout

Spend a little more time post workout treating those tired muscles and knots. Pair with your stretch routine for optimal recovery.

If you are looking for a smaller, lesser expensive massage gun, check out the Bob and Brad mini massager. You won’t be disappointed!

Nice review! I think I am the only one in this group who doesn’t own a massage gun! I am actually using some of Bob and Brad’s PT exercises for my shoulder and am recovering nicely.

It is super ironic that you are doing this post today because I was just watching their video about piriformis pain! I just love their videos. They are my go-to when I need some PT advice. Great info. This gun looks like a nice option because of it’s small size.

I LOVE Bob and Brad!!! This massage gun was originally on my Christmas list (but then I opted to get some other stuff instead that I needed.) I think I’m going to put it on my birthday list- I really want it. Thanks for the review!
