Peloton enthusiasts love and look forward to all of the new content that comes out daily. I am one of them. However, there are a few classes that I have on repeat in my stack week after week. Which ones? Why? Read on.
Why These Peloton Classes Are On Repeat
Hannah’s 10 Minute Barre from 7/10/2023 and 6/9/2021
This NOT your typical barre class! this combo of clamshells, leg lifts, hip bridges and fire hydrants is just what your glutes and hips need to stay healthy. I have it on repeat as a warm up before strength or running or as a stand alone on a recovery day. Trust me try it!
Matt’s Strength for runners 10/31/2023
Matt’s original class of a similar format had a cult following until it was purged. A new class with a very similar set up was released and again became a fan favorite. What makes it so great? Like the barre class above, this strength for runners class has many of the maintenance moves runners benefit from. Those leg lifts, fire hydrants and donkey kicks are perfect as a warm up to any other class or on their own.
Rebecca’s 10 min glutes and legs 5/05/2023
This class uses no weights except for your own body weight. It’s perfect to do while traveling or anytime you want to get in a quick but super effective glutes and legs workout. Think leg curls, hamstring curls and inner thigh lifts that will leave you sore and satisfied.
Rebecca’s 10 min core 4/29/2022
If you are a fan of Rebecca’s “add a trick” format, this 10 min core is straightforward and effective
Tunde’s 5 minute core 9/6/2023
Newer to my favorite list, this 5 minute core is an ab burner! We all have time for a 5 minute core class. You won’t regret it.
Matt’s 10 minute post run stretch 8/5/2021
Perfect post run to stretch out al those hard worked running muscles. Matt shows us why he is our favorite run instructor.
Hannah’s 20 min lower body mobility 11/23/2022
I do this class at least 2x a week. Hannah’s the queen of stretching and mobility and this class always feels amazing.
Denis’ 5 minute post ride stretch 12/16/2020
Do yourself a favor and take this 5 min stretch after your cycle class. Denis knows just the right spots to hit.
These are my most favorite, most repeated Peloton classes. Perhaps they will be on repeat in your stack too! Let me know how they go.

These look good! I would love to try all of them.
I follow Pamela Reif, a German fitness goddess. Her videos are for free and her stretch programs are on my repeat list, too. It would be nice to have the variety of the Peloton instructors, though.
Deborah Brooks says
The variety is fantastic and I never get bored!

I don’t use Peloton but I did a free trial a few years ago and i actually think the 10 minute barre was one of my favorites! Or a similar workout from Hannah. I bet its nice to have go-to options that you enjoy!
Deborah Brooks says
These classes have changed the way I workout, stretch and recover for sure. You many need another trial 🙂
Darlene S Cardillo says
I don’t use Peleton but if I ever do, these would be helpful to know. Thanks for sharing.
I also only used the running ones when I had the free trial.
Deborah Brooks says
Oh really? I did not know you never had the chance to try any other classes. These have really changed the way I workout, warm up and stretch
Debbie says
I love that these classes are mostly short so you can get in a quick workout or bundle them together for a longer one.
Deborah Brooks says
Yes, exactly I use these shorter classes as warmups before running or strength and as a stretch after
Jenn says
It’s always great to have a stack of favorites on repeat. I love your reasons for these.
Kimberly Hattiy says
I have gotten slack on my Barre time, and need to bring it back regularly. I did an Aly class this morning (after my run), and yep…it was a great cool-down 🙂 That said, I think I’ve done most of these classes, and all were great!I have several running & cycling classes on repeat for their awesome playlists.
Deborah Brooks says
It is so helpful to have a few go to classes in each discipline
Deborah Brooks says
It is helpful for sure and I love the variety
Black Knight says
They look good but unfortunately I can’t try all of them because I can’t use strength on my right arm as I have a prosthesis in place of my right humerus (a fall during a run in 2016).
Deborah Brooks says
Oh! I don’t remember hearing about your fall. Ouch! That sounds like a big injury
