Since today is Valentine’s Day, it only seems appropriate to profess my love for Peloton strength training. In case you missed it, I shared what I love about running earlier this week. No, I am not paid by Peloton to share this but that would be welcome!
What I love about Peloton strength Training
It’s on demand
I used to stress about getting to the gym on time and securing my preferred spot for classes. One of the best perks of Peloton strength classes is that I can do them whenever I want to. I can combine them into “stacks” to work on exactly what I feel like on any given day.
Variety of workouts
There is no excuse at all to get bored with Peloton strength classes. There is literally something for everyone at every level. New content is pushed out daily and new programs are continuously being offered.
Engaging instructors
Whether you prefer high energy or more subdued instructors, Peloton strength has you covered. With 61 instructors (at time of publishing) in 3 different countries (US, Great Britain and Germany) with classes in 3 languages (English, Spanish and German) there is quite the selection to choose from. After all of these years, I feel like I actually “know” my go to instructors.
I feel strong!
I have been a strength training enthusiast for over 25 years (even teaching classes myself a while back). After 5+ years of taking Peloton strength classes, I feel stronger than I ever have.
The Peloton community
There are so many ways to engage with and find support from others in the Peloton community. Just about every instructor has their own”“fan page”where members share their favorite classes and support each other.
Yes, I have gone all in with Peloton strength classes and there really is so much to love on Valentine’s Day and everyday.
