What a great idea! Just heard about this Wednesday Wonderful link up and thought I’d give it a try!
I’m linking up with Sarah @ http://www.howmyworldruns.com/ and Lynda @ http://fitnessmomwinecountry.com/ to bring you a few of my Wednesday Wonderfuls.
How did I ever live without one of these? Fruit infused water pitcher.
I’ve been drinking fruit infused water by the gallon. I’ve tried lemon, cucumber, kiwi, strawberry and orange. Somehow it’s just so much easier to drink this way.
You can also use this to make iced tea which I have not tried yet. This is life changing!
I picked these little babies up a few weeks ago in Vegas. They are like little foam rollers for your feet! Whose feet couldn’t use a little more TLC? Especially us runners. I’ve just been putting them under my chair and rolling around on them for a few minutes a day. It’s so relaxing not spa pedicure relaxing but relaxing none the less. Check them out!
Do you infuse fruit into your water? Any new suggestions?
Have you ever tried these Sole Energizers?
That’s my first Wednesday Wonderful! What’s yours?
Sarah says
I have been putting lemon and cucumber in a pitcher of water for the day…need. Need that pitcher to keep the seeds out of my cup 🙂
Deborah Brooks says
I was pleasantly surprised by how much I love the pitcher! It keeps all the seeds out and really disperses the flavor throughout. Thanks for stopping by!

Deborah….thank you for joining us for #wednesdaywonderfulz I am so happy to meet you!
Water and lemon or cucumbers, or lime…even berries…Yep been doing that forever 🙂 I love the feet balls, I have never seen those, although I do have a foam roller. Mark you calendar and join us again next month and invite your friends 🙂
Deborah Brooks says
Glad I found you! Fun to meet other bloggers. The feet balls are great too! I will join you again thanks for the invite! Thanks for stopping by!

LOVE that you’re drinking so much water! Congrats, Deborah!

I saw sole energizers like that (I don’t think it was the exact brand, but something very similar) when I was at REI the other day buying GU and I almost got some! I think I need to go back over there and pick them up. Those would be wonderful right after a long run!
Deborah Brooks says
They feel great after a long run. I believe you can only get this brand online. I really like them!
Sarah @ How My World Runs says
I’ve seen the water pitchers but never tried it before. Thinking about it. And those foot massagers look amazing! Thanks for linking up! 🙂
Deborah Brooks says
I love the water pitcher-the flavor is much more obvious than just squeezing a lemon in. The foot massagers I am keeping under my feet while typing and they feel great. Thanks for stopping by.

I have two favorite water flavor combos – lemon/cucumber/fresh mint and Strawberry/blueberry/fresh mint – I make up a pitcher at a time during warmer months. In the winter, I get lazy and make a glass of lemon water every morning before breakfast instead.
Deborah Brooks says
I’ve never tried strawberry and blueberry that sounds great for summer. I will give it a try. Thanks for stopping by!
Wendy@BlushandBarbells says
I like to put cucumbers and basil in water sometimes, but that pitcher is so much neater. Thanks for the idea!
Deborah Brooks says
It’s great I found it on amazon. My whole family loves it!

I just got these pitchers yesterday @ Costco… Luv them. And my kids like them too. I always have trouble drinking water. For the past 4 weeks I have been soda and artificial drink free so these pitchers have been great…. Mix up some fruit…. Add some ginger to spice it up…
Deborah Brooks says
I gave up diet soda about 4 months ago-rough at first but don’t miss it all now. I love the water pitchers and they make it so much easier to drink more water.
