    Oh my core is what needs the MOST work! If I wasn’t still battling whatever is wrong with me, I would so join in on this! It’s actually killing me not to be able to workout at all. I desperately want my lungs back:) Hopefully soon:)

    I am bummed that I couldn’t join in on this challenge! I am doing a tiny bit of sit ups each day until I can do more. This seemed like such a fun challenge and hopefully everyone got their core in shape! 🙂

    I have completely fallen off the wagon. I think I bit off too much this month. My sleep has been bad and over sleeping too. UGH I am disappointed for missing all last week too! I have Nicole’s Youtube channel so that I can go back to it once I am back to normal.
