I love bodyweight workouts like this. They are perfect for bringing with me to do when I go to my Florida house and don’t have any equipment there. Hope your enjoying your busy vacations week. I agree that they are usually more hectic feeling than a regular week. The normal routine goes out the window and the craziness takes over.
Yes exactly! My week is already so off schedule but it’s ok I will get back on routine next week
No equipment exercises are the best so you dont have to go to gym.

You are the queen of no equipment workouts
I’m totally going to do this workout today while the kids watch their Netflix shows! I’m trying to get better about only thinking that HUGE, tough workouts are the only ones that count! Little workouts add up!!
Little workouts definitely add up! Hope you liked it
Love that you can do these exercises anywhere without equipment! Will have to try them out!
super easy to do anywhere anytime
What a great quick, butt kickin workout. Can’t wait to use it!
I’ve actually popped on some youtube videos and gotten in a good sweat. There’s a lot of really good ones out there.
Thanks for sharing the glute workout!
I used to tell myself a workout is not a workout unless it takes a long time. So I used to scoff at my husband’s 7-minute daily workouts! Not anymore – the last few weeks I have loved doing 10 minute workouts – I’ve done a lot of arm work using dumb-bells as well as some glute exercises! I’m looking forward to trying out your ideas. Thanks for the demo on donkey kicks and fire hydrants, those are the two I didn’t know.
Everything adds up! Hope you like the workout!
This is a great workout! I need to keep workouts like this handy! Usually I don’t have much of a backup plan!
Always have a Plan B!
I do the shorter Iron Strength workouts. They are about 15-20 minutes but they are intense! I always find that when I make time for them once a week my body does thank me.
I used to do the non-abbreviated workout, which is basically kind of a combo of the shorter workouts, but I haven’t in a long time. That’s definitely intense!
The shorter workouts can be intense and fun to do once in a while or as an add on to a run
This is so perfect for those days when the gym doesn’t work into my plans!
Bring on the glute work!!!
Yes exactly!
What a great booty burn workout, Deborah! Those innocent fire hydrants…
10 minutes can be so effective – no excuses. Thanks for the great idea.
Yes you can get a great workout in 10 m!
I love a quick glute workout that can be done after a run or even at night while watching TV. I always feel those bridges, especially with pulses!
yes, it’s easy to fit into your day let me know if you give it a try
I’m saving this workout for later…I’m going to do it for a quick warm-up before my weekly hilly bike ride 😉
Let me know how your booty likes it!
No equipment required speaks to me since I have NONE, I also like that it is short.
Thanks for sharing.
I think this one is perfect for you!
Yes, this looks like a great, quick workout. It really hits all the areas. I’m going to try it after a run this week. Thanks!
fantastic let me know how it goes
It’s funny, I just filmed a glute activation video. 🙂 Bridge was the only thing from your list on there, LOL — not to say this isn’t a great workout, don’t get me wrong.
there are tons of variations for sure!
