I love bodyweight workouts like this. They are perfect for bringing with me to do when I go to my Florida house and don’t have any equipment there. Hope your enjoying your busy vacations week. I agree that they are usually more hectic feeling than a regular week. The normal routine goes out the window and the craziness takes over.

I used to tell myself a workout is not a workout unless it takes a long time. So I used to scoff at my husband’s 7-minute daily workouts! I do the shorter Iron Strength workouts. They are about 15-20 minutes but they are intense! I always find that when I make time for them once a week my body does thank me.
I used to do the non-abbreviated workout, which is basically kind of a combo of the shorter workouts, but I haven’t in a long time. That’s definitely intense!
