We all know that adding in some strength training to our running routines is good for us but we can’t always find the time. Between kids and working and kids and laundry and running well, frankly it can be hard to fit it all in. Sometimes you just need a quickie! Today, I am sharing with you my killer, quickie 10 minute, no equipment, go to glute workout that you will definitely be feeling the next day. All you need is 10 minutes. Now that’s a quickie I can get on board with. 🙂
Quickie 10 minute Glute Workout
Repeat this sequence three times through without stopping. Really think about keeping your core and glutes engaged throughout and I promise you will feel it the next day. With yoga pants season upon us it’s the perfect time to give those glutes some attention. LOL
Tell me: What’s your favorite no equipment strength training move?

SO GOOD. I need to do this. Today. Going on the list.
Thanks Suz! Have a great day
These are all exercises I try to do regularly! I like that this is a quick workout that can be done anywhere. I may need to do this when I am traveling later this week!
Thanks perfect for travel!
I’m all about the quickie! I like to do pushups or burpees when I need a quickie! LOL!
Those work too!
These are some good moves! Love how they focus on that one area that always needs some work in my world 🙂
I hear ya!
This is my kinda quickie 😉 Hehe. Thanks for linking up and sharing- happy hump day! 😛
Right back at you!
No time? Ha! No excuses with this workout.
That’s right!
This is perfect for me! I love quick yet effective workouts! Thanks!
Me too! Enjoy 🙂
I do love all of these moves. My favorite no equipment move would have to be lunges and pushups! Pinned
Two good ones!
I need to do this! Thanks!!!
You are very welcome! Enjoy 🙂
I LOVE all of these moves. I have really been working on trying to remember to squeeze my glutes a lot more when I’m working them. But yes with yoga pants and leggings, I want my booty to look its best 😉
Absolutely!
Donkey kicks get me every time. Love this quick workout!
They are a great move and I forget about them
Sometimes we don’t have time to get to the gym, don’t have time to setup a computer to watch a video, sometimes we can’t get to equipment, like when we travel! Having easy go-to exercises we can do anywhere is great for just those times! I am keeping this with me! A simple picture on my phone is all I need and of course some motivation to get it done! Thanks for this!!
Perfect hope it works well for you and your glutes 🙂
Fun! Will have to do this…like you said; between the kids, laundry, work etc! Strength training is a big part of me being successful in running and every little bit counts!
My favorite non-equipment strength move? Planking! (and stair running with triple steps…slowly…you will feel every glute muscle engage with these).
Love a quick workout! Well as long as it’s a good one! I’m starting some 20 minute workouts next week and I’m excited!
I do a lot of these exercises. I like that you’ve combined them for a quick workout! I’ll be putting this to use for sure!
You’re trying to kill my glutes with this workout! LOL, this is awesome! So true that you can get a great workout in only 10 minutes. 🙂
what a great workout! i love squats and especially workouts that contain multiple variations of them. pinned for the future!
I LOVE quick home workouts, especially when you’re traveling! And these all sound awesome, thanks for sharing girl!!
It’s great to have a few moves to do anywhere!
Such a great workout! Squats and bridges are two of my favorites for glutes. Not a glute exercise, but my favorite move on the road is the simple push-up.
Push ups are great too!
This is so true Deborah! It really does happen when you just can’t make it to the gym or out the door for a run – so workouts like this come in very handy. Amazing how much they can boost your fitness!
They definitely can be a great boost
Pinned for later! Thanks for linking up.
Thanks for hosting!
This is great! Going on my workout sched after my tempo run tomorr:) Can’t wait
Hope you enjoy!
Oh I live in yoga pants in the cooler months. Gotta give this workout a try!
I love yoga pants season 🙂
Love this! Doing quickie workouts seem to work better for me then doing a full blown one.
Sometimes yes!
Great workout. And glutes are so important to injury-free running!
Absolutely!
I love in home work outs… any combination of squats, ab work and push ups is my favorite. At the moment I am also doing Jillian Michaels six pack abs, level 1. Love it !
OH yes that is a good one!
Ugh – this looks tough! Perfect for when I want to add in something quick following cardio – I can’t wait to give this a shot!

I can feel the burn just reading this workout! 😉 Nothing beats a fast but effective routine!
Yes exactly!
Love this! My two favorite no-equipment exercises are lunges and pushups.
Yes pushups are great to anywhere for sure
Love this! Especally the last one, back lunges with front kicks, that one is not on my list yet. Great inspiration!
Great hope you enjoy!
