-You will have until the 15th of the month to put your box of goodies in the mail. On the last day of the month, you will post about the goodies you received from your penpal!
-The boxes are to be filled with fun foodie things, local food items or even homemade treats! The spending limit is $15. The box must also include something written. This can be anything from a note explaining what’s in the box, to a fun recipe…use your imagination!
-You are responsible for figuring out the best way to ship your items depending on their size and how fragile they are. (Don’t forget about flat rate boxes!)
-Foodie Penpals is open to blog readers as well as bloggers. If you’re a reader and you get paired with a blogger, you can choose to write a short guest post for your penpal to post on their blog about what you received. If two readers are paired together, neither needs to worry about writing a post for that month.

I’m so tempted by the cookie butter every time I see it, but I’ve resisted as we are the eating clean track too and a full jar is too tempting to have around. I love that caramel sea salt bar from TJ…I do still buy those when I make a trip 🙂 I also sent chocolate in my box, that was an item I knew I wanted to include when I signed up. The water infuser was a really neat twist to the box!

Mornin’! That was really cute that you sent a tube of Carmex! 🙂 I love the idea of sending a water infuser bottle, that’s really unique and cool. It’s also amazing what just lemon and lime (or other fruits and herbs) can do for a plain ol’ glass of water. Great idea to get all your h20 in for the day!
I like speculoos but have never had the crunchy kind-sure does look addictive!
This month was only my second time doing the foodie pen pal program, but one thing I have to always put in is a new seasoning or two. I have a gajillion jars of seasoning in my own cabinet, so I love gifting those to others.
Btw, I love the colors of your blog! Very colorful and energetic! 🙂

Thanks glad you like the blog-hope you’ll stop by again. Carmex is great and seasoning what a great idea. Perhaps we’ll be matched up one month. Have a good one!
