I am currently somewhere in Croatia soaking in all that this gorgeous country has to offer. We just got here yesterday (depending on which time zone we are both in) so check out my IG the next week for all the details on our travels. This is our first time exploring this area and we can’t wait.

I would tell you I am still doing my wordle everyday. My husband and I continue to have quite the daily competition going on. I would ask you if you were ever an wordle fan and if you still are? Do you (gently) compete with your spouse, partner or friends?

I continue to crave more structure with my workouts and I am finding new Peloton programs to complete every month. The structure of the split strength programs seem to hit my sweet spot of providing challenges, pushing me to push myself and offer tons of variety. There is no better feeling than waking up and looking forward to the day’s workout ahead.
I’m taking this coffee mug on the run to do some more sightseeing. If we were having coffee today, what would you tell me?

Yes, I am still doing the Wordle daily along with several of the other games. So addicting! Don’t you think the Wordle has gotten more difficult?
Have an amazing trip! I see quite a few patients from that area of the world and I’d love to travel there!
I don’t know if it has gotten harder or some days I am just off! I do like it as part of my daily routine
Yes, Wordle continues to be a daily addiction. I do the 5-letter & 6-letter versions. I also like the Pelo split programs…they are a great use of time and the workouts are tough! Enjoy your trip!
The split programs are so well designed and keep me motivated
Have a wonderful trip! We’ve been to Croatia 3 times and it is fantastic! Go see the Blue Caves in Montenegro if you have a chance. Yes I’ve been doing the Wordle for years and my daughter does as well. It’s fun!
WE won’t be near Montenegro this time unfortunately! So far so good
I’ve never been to Croatia but I know it’s beautiful. I can’t wait to hear details!
My workouts definitely need more structure- especially my strength training. I’m making specific goals for the rest of the summer rather than just vaguely “doing strength 2-3x a week.” I agree those Peloton programs sound good- too bad I quit Peloton, ha.
Specific goals work well for me too. Not sure my comment went through on your blog this time. I did say, be glad you don’t live in DC or have a husband in politics bc it is beyond crazy right now 🙂
My father, my sister and I have a daily Wordle battle. My Dad is usually first in the morning and then gives us tips. The challenge is then to get it in one with the help of Dad’s tips… It’s hilarious.

I dip in and out of Wordle. I like Connections too. I usually do a crossword puzzle first and then the others if I’m not too tired. My husband doesn’t do games so there’s no competition there.

I hope you are having a wonderful time! I do love Wordle, and Connections, and Strands. But I sometimes forget to play, so I break my streak, and then I get mad.
