Happy and Merry Weekly Run Down

Sunday-Beach walk + core

We were wiped from the travel day yesterday and enjoyed a lovely sleep in. There is nothing better than starting the day off with a walk along the beach. Thankfully it was not too crowded. These gorgeous sunset pics never get old!

Aruba

Monday-morning walk + core + upper body and lap swimming

I love starting my day here with a peaceful walk along the water. That was followed by a core class and a short upper body class. We only have 10 pound weights here so I’m doing what I can and following my own holiday rule…Keep up the frequency of workouts even if I need to alter the intensity and duration of them.

Later, I remembered  how much I love swimming laps here. We will see if I can keep that going this week as well.

Tuesday-morning walk + core + upper body class

It was another gorgeous morning for a walk along the beach followed by 2 core classes and an upper body class. I’m making due with only having 5 and 10 lb weights.

That evening we went to one of our favorite spots to watch the sunset and have a nice dinner. Nothing better than dining with your feet in the sand and water.

Wednesday-morning walk + core + upper body strength + swim

I took a longer morning walk over the monument for sailors. The sun did not cooperate with my photos. Later, It was another core class and a swim.

Thursday-morning walk + core

Merry Christmas to you all! I started off my day in paradise with another beach walk and core class. It was kind of a lazy ready by the pool day!

Friday-morning walk + core

It was another gorgeous day in paradise! I’m enjoying my morning walks along the beach listening to peloton walks and podcasts from Peter Attia. Later, we hung out at this exquisite spot for lunch.

Aruba weekly run down

Saturday-Today we are moving to the other side of the island and getting ready for our kids and their significant others to join us. Can’t wait to see them all!

Hope you all have had the chance to spend time with those you love and cherish this week too! Happy and Merry from sunny Aruba.

Ah, it looks amazing. And what, there is sun? I have forgotten what that looks like. Such dreary weather here in Ohio right now! Enjoy your time there. Those dining spots look pretty great.
