Thanks for joining me and Kim for the weekly run down. My mood is much improved the week as we were finally gifted with some real fall feels. Just what I needed! Here’s a peek into my week.

Finally Fall Feels Weekly Run Down

Sunday- 4 miles run/walk + core + stretch

This is more like it! We were finally gifted with some fabulous fall feels this morning. This was just what I needed to get me moving. I had a much better run today and could not be happier.

Weekly run down

Monday-Peloton hike + lower body strength + core +afternoon walk.

I started off with a tread hike and then did day 2 of the bike strength combo class. I’m no track with core challenge so far. After lunch, I met a friend for a 3 mile walk in our gorgeous weather.

Tuesday- upper body strength + Peloton cycle + core + afternoon walk

I had a mid morning Dr appointment which meant that I missed my run group. Instead, I got in day 3 of Ben’s strength + cycle split and added on some core and an outdoor walk. It was a gorgeous day with all the fall feels finally!

Wednesday-Peloton hike + core/bike split + core

I started off with a Peloton hike on the tread then headed to my bike to finish the 4th and final day of Ben’s strength + cycle split. Full review coming soon.

Weekly run down

Thursday- 4miles run/walk + core

Finally fall feels! I was so happy and energized to wake up to temps around 50. Today’s run was so much better and just what I needed.

Weekly run down

Friday-Peloton tread hike + upper body strength + core + afternoon coffee walk

Fit Friday! Started my day off with some Peloton incline walking paired with upper body strength and core. After lunch, I met a friend for a coffee walk in the gorgeous fall weather-finally!

Later, I started prepping my guest bathroom to paint. I was inspired my Kim to take on this project which is way out of my comfort zone and perhaps ability. LOL. Stay tuned!

Saturday- rest day

Today is Yom Kippur, the day of atonement in the Jewish religion and the second of what we refer to as the high holidays. While I do not fast, I do give up exercise for the day and we do go to services at our synagogue. Later, we went to dinner at my sister’s house with my parents.

It’s finally feeling fall and I’m all for it!

I was a little bummed to miss such perfect weather while out of town last week. We had beautiful weather, but the early morning temps were a little chilly on the bike.

Good luck with your painting project! There’s nothing like the satisfaction of knowing you did it yourself.

WE really did have good weather and I am all for it. The painting is harder than I expected but I will get there

I will admit we’re missing the start of autumn to have a week in Sunny Spain …

      I mean-I think it’s worth it!!

Well, I’m envious. Our weather has been pretty horrendous. We won’t get fall temps any time soon, but we’re hoping for a little cooldown.
I hope your painting project went well! I’m not “handy” at all, but the one thing I can do is paint.
Glad you had such a nice week- it looks like your fourth favorite season is behind you.

Ha yes me top I definitely feel so much better in cooler temps. I am so not handy either! Painting is way harder than I expected but I am motivated to finish

Yay, you finally got your fall weather 🙂 I know you’ve been waiting a long time fir its arrival. I’m really excited to see your painting project! A word of warning, it can get addictive, LOL.

I am not as handy as you are! It’s been a fun project but can’t see me taking it on again anytime soon lol

How nice with that autumn feel, it looks beautiful there!
The cycle/strength split sounds like a good mix.
Enjoy the painting. I hate painting, haha! But I do it if I have to and we need to get things done.

I am not sure I am “enjoying” the painting but I will get it done

I am happy you are finally getting some fall weather! I’m sure it feels great.

I need to do so much redecorating, but with the hubs and his back issues, we’ve had to put that on the back burner. Good luck with your project!

    Have a great week!
