About Deborah Brooks

Hi I'm Deborah! I spend my days successfully raising a husband & 2 teens in the VA/DC area. I am a lover of all things running & fitness. As a life long vegetarian, I've always been passionate about healthy living & exercise. Looking for partners in crime, I started my own chapter of Moms Run This Town (MRTT) which has grown to over 700 members. I've met so many amazing women who inspire me daily to keep moving forward. You can usually find me running with my crew and training for the next crazy adventure they talked me into. I love to keep up to date on new running & fitness trends. I definitely choose my running gear based on color and love to express my fashion sense while exercising.

These are great ideas! My husband isn’t a dad, but he still would appreciate most of these items. I think his favourite would be a new Garmin FR 255!

Its nice that my husband is also a runner because it makes him a little easier to shop for! Usually for holidays I get him a new pair of Brooks running shoes.

So my hubby is not a runner but he does play tennis and uses my massage gun. And also needs appropriate clothes and shoes.

Hmm! Maybe I’ll get my husband the Bob and Brad leg massager… although it might be like the Simpson’s episode where Homer gets Marge a bowling ball that says “Homer” on it. Are you getting any of these for your husband? He’s a runner now!

It is a great massager at a really affordable price. Just don’t write your name on it LOL

    Great suggestion!
Here, in Italy, Father’s Day is march 19.
Of course I already have Brooks (my favorite shoes), a new Garmin and stuff for personal care to protect my skin (I had a melanoma long time ago).

You are all set! Can never have too much running gear!

These are all great options! I am the only runner in the house now, so these things won’t make an appearance this Father’s Day, but I know the running dads will love this!

Thank you for sharing these wonderful ideas on how to celebrate father’s day. I especially loved the idea of surprising my dad with a beautiful bouquet of Father’s Day Flowers from Interflora India. They have such a great selection of flowers to choose from, and their premium flower delivery service ensures that the flowers arrive fresh and on time. It’s the perfect way to show my dad how much he means to me and to let him know how grateful I am for all that he’s done. Thank you for the inspiration and for helping me make this father’s day one to remember!
