Easy Roasted Harissa Potatoes
I know you are going to flip for this easy recipe. With just 3 ingredients, this easy side dish is going to be a crowd favorite at your house too. Let me tell you more.
What’s Harissa and where do I find it?
Harissa is a Moroccan spice made from red chilis, garlic, olive oil, and lemon. If you have not tried it yet, you don’t know what you are missing! It can be purchased in a mild or spicy version. Most grocery stores carry it jarred in the international section. You can also purchase it right from amazon here. I use it in power bowls, on eggs, and in salads. Harissa is quite versatile and super tasty. If you cannot find it, Siracha is a close second although it is not as complex in flavor and a little thinner.
Which type of potatoes should I use?
I prefer the baby Oven gold or Yukon gold potatoes because they are a little tastier. However, any type of potato will work.
Can I make these in an Air Fryer?
Yes! These potatoes can easily be made in an air fryer. Set the temp to 400 and air fry for 10 minutes. Give them a little stir and check for doneness. Cook for approximately another 10 minutes.
Can these be made ahead?
Yes, they can be roasted ahead. I prefer to reheat them in the oven or air fryer rather than a microwave.
Perfect for any night of the week and special enough for a fancier dinner. Gluten free, vegan, and dairy free. I hope you enjoy these Easy Roasted Harissa Potatoes as much as our family does. Let me know what you think!
