Favorite Fitness Finds of 2025
Oro Bands
These fun 1,2, or 3 pound ankle and wrist weights add just the right amount of extra resistance to core and Pilates moves. The shiny metallic look makes them perfect to add a little bling to your workout style. I love them for power walks too! Use Deborah10 for discount.
Weighted Vest
You have seen me wearing and raving about walking with my weighted vest. I do love it and feel like it really ups the intensity of my power walks. Psst it’s currently on sale here.

Pilates Ball Another new fave fitness finds is adding a Pilates ball to some of my go to core moves to really ensure engagement and form. A simple one like this is perfect.
Believe Training Journal
Believe it or not, it’s been 10 years since the original training journal by Lauren Fleshman and Roisin McGettingan-Dumas was published. Now the new and improved journal is out to help you plan your best year yet of running. With nutrition advice, workouts, stretches, goal setting and journaling, the new book has it all.
Pvolve
I do owe you all a full review of the Pvovle system! I’ve been integrating these workouts into my existing strength workouts. I love how different this system is. While traditional strength workouts are well, pretty traditional, Pvolve incorporates flexibility and mobility into their workouts to offer comprehensive training.
Favorite Foods and Supplements
The Only Bean Edamame snacks
These are my new fave crunchy, high protein snack. I love to add these Edamame snacks to salads or snack on them alone when I want something crunchy. The Siracha flavor is so yummy!
Vital Protein Collagen
This recovering vegetarian has jumped on the collagen band wagon! I put a serving of this easy to dissolve, taste free Vital Protein collagen powder into my morning coffee. My hair has not been this thick and long in decades. I am a convert.
Brodo Bone Broth
Speaking of collagen converts, if you are going to do it, might as well go all in. When I was sick last month, I started sipping on this high quality, high protein bone broth. It comes in great tasting flavors in individual servings. Just pour into a mug and microwave. Each serving has 10 grams of protein and 50 calories.
Ready-made bone broth—what a great idea! I’ve been making my own because I like knowing exactly what goes into it, but if you have access to a high-quality option, I’d totally go for it. So practical and convenient!
I am not sure I would eat it if I saw what was in it! LOL Brodo is known for the high quality mix -that actually have a store in NYC that sells soup to go
I’ve been using collage and it’s so beneficial! I like the idea of ready made bone broth. I could have used that when I was sick last week!
It was so helpful when I was sick!
Thanks for the share… as I have head of none of these. And I was thinking of adding collagen to my diet.
I highly recommend collagen I am amazed at the results I’ve had
