It literally takes 5 minutes to make this! Here’s what you need:

- -2 oz Parmesean Cheese
- -1 package of ready to eat Pomegranate seeds (approx 1/2 cup)
- -3 Tbsp Olive Oil
- -6 Tbsp Champagne vinegar (or sub in a fruit flavored vinegar)
- -1 Tbsp Agave syrup or honey
- pepper & kosher salt to taste
- -Chop Kale into bite size pieces and put into a large plastic container with a top
- -whisk together olive oil, vinegar, agave, salt and pepper
- -pour dressing over kale and place top on and shake to coat
- -refrigerate for at least 2 hrs to allow kale to soften
- (it won’t look like you have enough dressing but you do!)
- -when ready to eat sprinkle each salad with parmesean and pomegranate seeds and serve
5 minutes to prep!
What’s your favorite Kale Salad recipe? Do you like Pomegranate seeds?
Love kale and pomegranate together! Definitely a great combo
It’s so good!
This looks delicious! Where do you get the pomegranate from? Trader Joes?
They do have it at TJ’s , Whole Foods and a lot of regular grocery stores. I wouldn’t make it if I had to pluck out the seeds myself! It’s a tasty combo let me know if you try it.

This is such an interesting combination of things! I haven’t ever really had kale before, but the pomegranate makes this sound really good!
It’s really good and the dressing softens the kale up a little and gives it a nice texture.

Sautéed kale with red onions in olive oil is my absolutely FAVORITE way to eat kale. I did find some kale salad at the grocery store and it looked pretty good with orange vinaigrette (sp?) so I bought it. YUM! #wowlinkup
I find the dressing really softens up the kale and makes it really tasty if you leave it for a few hours. Hope you try it!

This sounds wonderful! I don’t often use kale because I have a hard time making it taste good, but those pomegranates sound like they’re the ticket! Thanks for posting this recipe.
That salad looks amazing and I have fresh kale from the garden that I have been using mainly in smoothies. I will definitely be trying this recipe. Thanks for sharing.

To be honest I’ve never tried a kale salad, but this looks amazing! Thanks for sharing.
Really never!? It’s great and so healthy. If you let the dressing sit on it for a few hours it really softens it up. Thanks for stopping by!
It is really great hope you give it a try! Thanks for stopping by the blog 🙂
This looks so good! Can’t wait to try it! Haven’t used pomegranate myself – will be fun to add another ingredient to the kitchen. I always love it when eating out.
It’s great and adds a nice little zing to the salad. It’s easy if you buy the pre packaged pomegranate seeds
I’ve never come across ready pomegranate seeds. But then again, I wasn’t really looking. I’m going to have to keep my eyes open for these! #wowlinkup
You should be able to find them at Trader Joes or Whole foods you might have to ask. Hope you give it a try!
this is the best combo EVER! I remember the first time I added dried cranberries to a salad and was obsessed then I added POM seeds and became a salad junkie, who needs croutons when you have a burst of flavor! xo C (#wowlinkup)
Totally agree! I love the cranberries too!
From the picture at first glance the pomegranate seeds look like strawberries. I will try this because I like the idea of the kale marinating in the dressing. Pinning your recipe. #wowlinkup
Glad you like it! Putting the dressing on and allowing it to marinate for a few hours softens up the kale and makes it really tasty. Enjoy!
Looks yummy and easy! That’s my kind of recipe.
yes very easy to make!
Yum! I bet the pomegranate seeds taste fabulous with the flavors of this salad. And I always think they’re pretty in a recipe. Is that weird 🙂
