Such a great selection, I am a HUGE stuffing girl, I used to joke when I was younger that who needs Turkey, I could just fill up on stuffing and rolls, LOL I will have to give this one a try sometime!
I know! Stuffing is great. Since I don’t waste my time on Turkey more sides for me 🙂
this is a rock star line up! I am playing with acorn squash this year, that may be my new addition. I am still laughing about the cranberry sauce last year that I made ahead of just like you suggested, it was never seen again!!! I got to find that! LOL! Happy Monday!
I do remember that last year with the cranberry sauce! Wow time flies huh?
Quite frankly, I could eat the stuffing, bourbon gravy and homemade cranberries that we make and leave the rest of it LOL! I guess that’s the joy of Thanksgiving – so many delicious foods and options. I think I am going to make that Brussels sprouts recipe. I have been looking for a different green vegetable dish and that fits the bill.
The sides are the best part in my opinion too! Hope you enjoy the brussels-I love the Gorgonzola in there.

True confession…I like eating meat! :–) Still, I’ve been trying really hard to incorporate more veggies into my diet and I’ve been pleased to find out I actually liked most of them! If you had told me a long time ago that I’d say I liked stuff like spinach and kale I would’ve called you crazy! Thinking I might make one of these dishes next week.
It’s ok to like meat too! It’s all about balance and variety right? Thanks for stopping by today and I hope you give some of these a try
