What I learned about comfort zones from my girls on the run team

I am the first to admit, I am pretty comfortable in my comfort zone. Finding my edge|comfort zone

I am the first to admit that when I go to a yoga class, I am there for the yoga itself and I completely tune out the spiritual side of yoga. Recently, I was in my favorite Core Power hot yoga class and the instructor was talking about "finding your edge". This time,  I was intrigued.
