Now that spring has sprung and summer is just around the corner, I am excited to be outdoors more enjoying all of my favorite activities. Triathlon training is in full swing which means I need to plan ahead to make sure I have everything I need to crush my workouts. I’ve assembled a fitness essentials box to keep in my car filled with all my gear and post workout must haves. This post is sponsored by Kleenex but the content and opinions expressed here are my own.
Summer Fitness Essentials Box
As I drive to the starting point of my run, bike and swim workouts, it’s convenient for me to have a box in the car filled with items I use over and over but often forget. I’ve assembled a “tool box” of sorts packed with my summer fitness essentials. I chose a wicker basket but a large bag will also do.
Let’s see what’s inside:
Sunscreen for body and face
mini first aid kid
small towel (for car seat)
light rain jacket
spare bottle of water
Bike gloves, shoes, helmet
I will need to restock from time to time but having this base of items I use constantly saves me lots of time in morning or whenever I head out for my workouts.
After last week’s crazy wet and muddy run, I was sure glad to find the Kleenex Wet Wipes in my fitness essentials basket. They were perfect for wiping off the mud from my legs and gentle enough to use right on my face. Grab yours on Amazon and save 2$ Kleenex Wet Wipes.
Hello humidity! These Kleenex wet wipes were perfect for wiping down and sharing with a friend post race.
