Sometimes, I need a quick little fitness routine to add in after a swim or run that I can do anywhere without any equipment. You don’t even need mat. I am sharing one of my favorite Glue Routines with you today. You will certainly feel the burn from this one! This is a great finisher after a cardio workout or do alone for a quick glutes burn. Repeat 2-3 times-enjoy!
